Deidre is a classically trained professional chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She has extensive chef experience mainly in the New England area.

Work Experience?

Early positions include Rounds Chef at the Hyatt hotel in Cambridge, Executive Chef at Ropes and Gray law firm,  Chef at a family Inn in New Hampshire, and Traveling Chef for Mediplex company. Deidre’s main focus most recently has been in catering, serving as Executive Chef for Capers Catering & at East Meets West Catering. Currently she is working as Personal Chef and Caterer with The Holistic Trick.

Deidre’s style is classical European coupled with using world flavors, current trends, and seasonal foods.

Other hobbies and pastimes?

 

When she’s not in the kitchen Deidre spends her time with her other passions of gardening, hiking with her dogs, listening to blues, going to music concerts, and visiting her families farm.
