Cooking & Baking Classes
Does the thought of cooking dinner totally stress you out? Have you dare uttered the words, “I cannot cook” or “I cannot bake.” Understanding everyone can cook is the first step; finding the right person to teach you the ropes, is the second. Pick a recipe or two and let’s cook together!
- In-home cooking classes for basic cooking skills, eating for wellness, ethinically inspired meals, or specialized diets
- In-home baking classes; basics, bread, gluten-free, cookies, pies, healthy desserts, etc
- Group education, girls night, workshops, etc
Health-infused food for various retreat settings include, but are not limited to: Yoga, Health & Wellness, Life Coaching, Writers/Authors, Athletics, Business, Artist, Farm-to-Table, Spiritual, Stone-Carving, Food Specific, Vegetarian, etc. Cuisine to reflect retreat style & preference.
